- A minimum 18% captain service charge is not included in the listed price and may be paid directly to the captain
- A $5 entry charge applies at the boat ramp and is not included in the listed price; parking is unavailable due to construction
- Requires safely walking down the dock and stepping on and off the boat; not wheelchair or stroller accessible
- Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway, and anyone under 18 must be with a parent or legal guardian
- Alcohol consumption is restricted to ages 21 and over
- Glass and Styrofoam are not allowed on the lake
- Trips operate rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe; the captain makes final safety decisions
- Damage caused by you or your group may result in a charge of up to $500 to the card on file
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before start for a full refund. Within 10 days, $100 is nonrefundable; within 5 days, 50% is nonrefundable; within 48 hours, no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather. If unsafe weather ends a trip early, receive a refund for unused time.
