- Expect a $5 entry fee at Loop 360 Bridge Boat Ramp, not included in the listed price; parking is unavailable there due to construction
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany anyone under 18
- Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway
- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21 and over
- Requires walking down the dock and stepping on and off the boat safely; not wheelchair or stroller accessible
- Bring no glass or Styrofoam onto the lake
- Trips operate rain or shine unless the captain determines conditions are unsafe
- A minimum 18% captain service charge applies and is not included in the listed price
- Damage caused by you or your group may result in a charge of up to $500 to the card on file, not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 10 days before start. Within 10 days, the $100 deposit is nonrefundable; within 5 days, 50% is nonrefundable; within 48 hours, no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels before departure due to unsafe weather. If a trip is cut short for unsafe weather, receive a refund for unused rental time.
