- Arrive 30–60 minutes early, especially on Saturdays
- A $5 cash-only Travis County Park entry fee per person applies and is not included in the listed price
- A 20% captain gratuity is not included in the listed price
- No wheelchair access
- No pets, glass bottles, smoking, or red wine
- Swimming and water sports are not allowed during lightning and until 30 minutes after lightning is no longer seen
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the trip; 50% refund 15–30 days before. Cancellations within 14 days of the start time are nonrefundable. Reschedules exclude Saturdays and major holiday weekends and carry a 20% rebooking fee. This is a rain-or-shine event.
