Cancel 15+ days before your trip for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before: $100 fee plus 6% booking fee. Cancel 3–8 days before: 50% charge plus 6% booking fee. Within 72 hours, cancellations are not permitted and 100% is charged. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule.
