- Arrive 30 minutes early, especially on Saturdays, to allow time for parking and entry lines
- No glass bottles, smoking, or red wine
- A $5 per-person Travis County Park entry fee is not included and is collected in cash at the booth
- A 20% captain gratuity is not included and is settled directly with the captain at the end of the charter
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations over 30 days before the trip; 50% refund for cancellations 15–30 days before the trip; no refund within 14 days. Runs rain or shine.

USCG life jackets are included. Ages of travelers under 18 are used to provide appropriate life vest sizes.
Swimming and water sports are not allowed while lightning is visible and until no lightning has been seen for 30 minutes. If the captain ends the charter for severe weather, unused time is credited toward a future booking for up to one year.
