• If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you
• Children under 13 must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway
• Requires walking down the dock and stepping on and off the boat safely
• Not recommended for significant mobility or balance limitations
• Leave Styrofoam and glass behind, as neither is allowed on the lake
• Trips operate rain or shine, though unsafe weather, lake conditions, or boating traffic may affect timing
• A minimum 18% captain service charge applies and is not included in the listed price; it may be settled directly with the captain
• You are responsible for damage caused by you or your group; the card on file may be charged up to $500, with any unused portion refunded after assessment
• The captain has final authority on safety decisions while on board
