Know before you go
- An 18% minimum captain service charge is not included in the listed price and is settled directly with the captain
- A $5 entry fee applies at Loop 360 Boat Ramp; parking is unavailable there due to construction
- Boat damage caused by you or your group can result in a charge of up to $500 to the card on file
- Ages under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway
- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21+
- Requires walking down a dock and stepping on and off the boat safely; not wheelchair or stroller accessible
- No Styrofoam or glass is allowed on the lake
- Trips operate rain or shine unless the captain determines weather is unsafe
- Swimming and waterslide use are at your own risk
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before start for a full refund. Cancel 10 days or less before start and lose the $200 deposit; 5 days or less loses 50%. No refund within 48 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels for unsafe weather. If a trip ends early due to unsafe weather, receive a refund for unused rental time.
FAQs
Bring sunblock, flip-flops or shoes, food or snacks, and cash for park fees or tips. Do not bring Styrofoam or glass onto the lake.
Bring food, snacks, and your favorite drinks for your Lake Austin charter. An XL cooler with ice and bottled water is included. Glass and Styrofoam are not allowed on the lake.
Most groups cruise the lake for 20–30 minutes, then spend time at Party Cove with the floating mat, pong table, music, and scenery before returning to the pickup location near the end of the rental.
