- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21+. Bring valid identification if you plan to drink alcohol.
- Boarding is not permitted if you are already intoxicated.
- A $500 pre-authorization hold is required at check-in, separate from the listed price. Credit and debit cards are accepted for the hold.
- Life jackets are required for ages 12 and under.
- Wear footwear; flip-flops are acceptable.
- Sign the required waiver at pickup before boarding.
- Follow the captain's safety instructions and drink responsibly. Littering, damage, excessive noise, offensive behavior, or extreme intoxication may end your charter early.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund for canceling at least 5 days before your charter. Your charter may be rescheduled, postponed or canceled due to weather, safety or mechanical issues; cancellations are handled case by case. No refund or rescheduling for no-shows or charters canceled due to behavioral or alcohol-related incidents.
