Know before you go
- All renters must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license at the time of rental
- An $800 security deposit is required for all boats
- Bring the credit card used for the reservation
- Complete the rental agreement and safety videos before arrival
- Arrive 8 hours before the 5pm final pickup time for a full 8-hour rental; pickups follow arrival order
- Tax and fuel cost extra; clarify the amounts with Greetwell before booking
- For multi-day rentals, select overnight storage at the operator's location or a slip elsewhere on the lake
- Online reservations are only available for the Havasu location; delivery reservations are not available online

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before your reservation date. After that, you will be charged the full rental amount. No-shows by 11am on the rental day are charged the full rental fees.
FAQs
The office opens and boat launches begin at 8:30am.
Your tritoon rental includes required safety equipment. Full-vest life jackets are available in the rental office for children under 12 and for rented toys.
You may be held liable for damage found to the boat, watercraft, machine, or equipment. Read the rental agreement carefully before your boat rental.
