Cancellation Policy
Cancel 5+ days ahead for a 100% refund or 2 to under 5 days ahead for 50%, excluding nonrefundable processing fees. Within 48 hours, no refund; a late cancellation fee may apply. Qualifying severe weather may receive a refund or credit at the operator's discretion; ordinary rain doesn't qualify. Operator cancellations within its control receive a full refund or optional rescheduling.
