- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Ages 25+ only to rent a motorized boat
- If born after January 1, 1989, a boater safety certificate and proof are required to operate the boat
- Alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the boat
- Keep the boat on Lake Mendota; towables, including tubes, skis, and wakeboards, are prohibited
- A $200 security deposit is collected on the day of rental and released if the boat returns without damage; it is not included in the listed price
- Taxes, fees, and gratuity are not included in the listed price
- A $75 late fee applies for every 15 minutes late, beginning 15 minutes after your return time
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
More than 1 week before: 100% refund or free rebooking. Within 1 week to 48 hours before: 80% refund or free rebooking. Less than 48 hours: no refund; pontoon rebooking has a $50 fee. If the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or unforeseen issues, receive a 100% refund or rebook.
