- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Tax-exempt identification is required
- Alcohol and other drugs are prohibited while on or operating watercraft
- Keep a personal flotation device (PFD) with you at all times
- Minors under 18 require a parent or guardian unless an unaccompanied-minor waiver is signed
- Minors under 18 without an accompanying adult must wear a PFD at all times
- Minors under 13 must wear a PFD at all times
- Craft weight limits apply, ranging from 100 to 1,000 lbs depending on the craft
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reserved time. No refunds or rescheduling are available on the day of the rental. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
