- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Every participant must complete a waiver before departure
- An emergency contact name and phone number are required
- Ages 25+ only to rent a motorized boat
- Operators born after January 1, 1989 need proof of a boater safety certificate
- No drugs or alcohol are allowed on board
- Stay on Lake Mendota and do not bring towables such as tubes, skis, or wakeboards
- A $200 security deposit is collected on the rental day and released upon return if there is no damage
- A $75 late fee applies for every 15 minutes late, beginning 15 minutes after your return time
- Taxes, fees, and gratuity are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
More than 1 week before: 100% refund. Within 1 week to 48 hours before: 80% refund. Less than 48 hours: no refund; pontoon rentals can be rebooked for a $50 fee. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen issues, receive a 100% refund or rebook.
