- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Do not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs while on or operating watercraft
- Keep a personal flotation device (PFD) with you; unaccompanied minors under 18 and all minors under 13 must wear one at all times
- Travelers under 18 require a parent or guardian or a signed unaccompanied-minor waiver
- Weight limits apply: 100 lbs for Kid's SUP; 275 lbs for SUPs and on-top kayaks; 350 lbs for kayaks; 500 lbs for tandem kayaks; 600 lbs for 2–4 person SUPs; 1,000 lbs for 4–8 person SUPs; and 850 lbs for canoes, which hold 2–4 people
