- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Do not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on watercraft
- Keep a personal flotation device with you; wear one at all times if under 13 or under 18 and unaccompanied
- Minors require a parent or guardian unless an unaccompanied-minor waiver is signed
- Stay within your selected craft's stated weight and capacity limit
- Note that adaptive paddling options are not available
