Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Do not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on or operating watercraft
- Keep a personal flotation device (PFD) with you at all times; wearing one is strongly advised
- Minors under 13 must wear a PFD at all times; unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear one at all times
- Minors require a parent or guardian unless an unaccompanied-minor waiver is signed
- Choose a craft within its listed weight and capacity limit
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reserved time for a full refund. No refunds or rescheduling are available on the day of the rental. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bring a valid photo ID, water and snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable clothing and shoes, towels, and a dry bag or plastic bag for your phone.
