- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Travelers under 18 need a parent or guardian present or a signed unaccompanied waiver
- Keep a personal flotation device with you; minors under 13 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear one at all times
- Alcohol and drugs are not allowed while on or operating watercraft
- Weight limits apply by craft, ranging from 100 to 1,000 lbs depending on your selection
- Adaptive paddling options are not currently available

Get a full refund or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reserved time. No refunds or rescheduling are available on the day of the rental. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
