- Smoking is not allowed on board. A violation carries a $100 penalty plus the cost of any damages, separate from the listed price.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before your rental for a full refund or request another date. Cancel 2–6 days before for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full rental rate. You may choose a gift card refund for future use. After more than 5 hours on the water, full-day rentals cannot be refunded or rescheduled for another full day.
