- Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment. Your ID will be checked at boarding against the name on the card.
- Pleasant Harbor entry is not included in the listed price. You'll pay $10 per vehicle, or $3 per person in vehicles with 9 or more passengers, at the gate. Active-duty military, veterans, firefighters and police officers receive free entry with ID.
- Gratuities for the captain and crew are optional and not included in the listed price.
- Children ages 12 and under must wear a provided life jacket.
- All bags and purses are searched before boarding.
- Do not bring outside food or beverages, except water in clear, factory-sealed bottles. Reusable water bottles and coolers are not allowed.
- Do not smoke on board.
- Arrive at least 1 hour before departure to allow time to reach the marina from the parking lot. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds or credits, including for no-shows, late arrivals or traffic delays. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. The captain may cancel for extreme weather; cruises do not cancel for rain. You'll be notified if the cruise is cancelled.

Yes. Include infants in your reservation count, even when they ride free. Infants not included in the count may be denied boarding due to capacity limits.
After the entry gate, turn right at the T and park in the paved lot with the blue canopy. Take the free, first-come, first-served shuttle bus to the tan canopy, then walk down the marina walkway. If you cannot walk the ramp, wait for a shuttle golf cart at the tan canopy. Walking from the parking lot instead takes 15+ minutes over 0.75 miles.
