- Wear a life vest while using the rental
- Use only in calm, near-shore conditions; waves or rough water over 3 feet are not permitted
- Do not use for towing or boat use
- Rentals may be delayed, modified, or canceled when weather, wind, or water conditions are unsafe
- Complete the required rental waiver before pickup or delivery
- An authorization hold is placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Return 24-hour rentals during business hours unless end-of-day or next-day pickup is scheduled in advance
- Late returns may result in additional daily charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after the reservation start time and early returns are non-refundable.
