- Motorized boating experience, including docking, is required for anyone operating the boat
- Operators born after Jan. 1, 1982 need a certificate from a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved course
- A working, fully charged cell phone must remain on during the rental
- Drivers may not consume alcohol, and rentals are unavailable to anyone who appears to have been drinking
- Pets, stoves, grills, tubing, and waterskiing are not permitted
- Late returns beyond the 10-minute grace period incur a $250 fee not included in the listed price, charged to the card on file
- An excessively dirty boat incurs a $40-$80 cleaning fee not included in the listed price

- Portable restrooms are on-site, but no changing area is available

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a refund. Full refund only for hazardous weather on the reservation date, including heavy rain lasting over 45 minutes, lightning, tornado warnings, or high-wind advisories. No-shows are charged in full.
