Cancellation Policy
Cancel 10+ calendar days before class for a full refund. Cancel 7–10 days before for a 50% refund; fewer than 7 days receives no refund. If the class is rescheduled due to under-enrollment and alternative dates don't work, receive a full refund.
FAQs
Wear cotton or other natural-fiber clothing and comfortable closed-toe shoes. Tie back long hair, and bring a water bottle or beverage; filtered water and a refrigerator are available, but no concessions are offered.
This class requires at least 2 participants. If enrollment is too low, the class may be rescheduled 5–7 days before your reserved date.
Your finished pieces may need time to cool slowly in the annealer and may not be ready the same day. Pick them up later at the Hot Shop + Gallery, or arrange shipping at an additional cost.
