- Complete the required online waiver before riding
- Required on-site Segway training and practice before the tour
- Stay outside Lambeau Field; the tour does not enter the stadium
- Expect tours to usually operate when temperatures are around 40°F or warmer
- Expect route and stops to change in light rain or other conditions

Full refund for rain or severe weather. Cancel 12+ hours before the tour for a full refund; cancel 3–12 hours before for a 50% refund.
