Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before scheduled departure for a full refund, less the transaction fee. No refunds for cancellations 6 or fewer days before departure. Changes are allowed only 7 or more days before departure, subject to availability. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, tides, mechanical issues, or staffing issues.

Parking at South Whidbey Harbor is limited. Park at Island Church of Whidbey to help reduce downtown congestion, and use the marina turnaround zone to drop off your group. A free shuttle connects downtown Langley and the marina.
Bring food and nonalcoholic drinks for the ferry ride. Alcohol is not permitted.
Use the restroom available on the Harbor Hopper. Public restrooms are also available near the docks in Langley and Everett.
