- Return your bike by closing time; late fees not included in the listed price are $50 per bike for the first 20 minutes and $75 per bike after that
- Delivery is available with 48 hours' notice for an additional charge, generally $25–$50, not included in the listed price
- No passenger shuttle or bike retrieval service is available; abandoned bikes carry a $75-per-bike retrieval fee, not included in the listed price
- You are financially responsible for abandoned bikes that are lost, stolen, or damaged
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental for a refund less a $10 per-bike, per-date cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable. Cancellation fees apply regardless of weather. No-shows are charged in full.
