- Bring a current, valid U.S., state, or international driver's license and the credit card used for your reservation
- Bring proof of full-coverage auto insurance with comprehensive and collision; the driver must be listed as covered
- A $35 insurance processing fee, not included in the listed price, applies if you lack qualifying coverage or have international insurance
- A $250 security deposit per vehicle is required on your credit card and may be retained for damage
- Allow only authorized renters to operate the vehicle; burnouts and donuts can result in a $125-per-tire charge not included in the listed price
- Return within 15 minutes of the agreed time to avoid a $50 additional rental-hour charge not included in the listed price
- Start heading back when the battery reaches 20%; vehicle retrieval results in a $250 pickup fee not included in the listed price
- Accept the rental agreement and safety instructions before driving
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations 2–6 days before departure are charged 50%. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure. If the operator cancels due to weather or other reasons, a rain check or full refund is offered.

Only you and other authorized renters listed on the rental agreement may operate your vehicle. Drivers must be 21 or older, have a current valid U.S., state, or international driver's license, and demonstrate adequate riding skills.
Monitor the battery charge during your rental and start heading back when it reaches 20%. A pickup fee applies if the vehicle must be retrieved.
Do not perform burnouts or donuts. Tire-condition charges may apply if there are signs of either activity.
