Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your tour for a full refund; cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are non-refundable. Reschedule once at no cost at least 24 hours ahead, subject to availability. No refund for no-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late. Full refund or rescheduling if canceled for unsafe weather or guide discretion.

Light rain, cloud cover, or temperature changes do not automatically qualify for cancellation. If stargazing is impossible or conditions are unsafe, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
