Important details
- Check in 15 minutes before your start time; late arrivals cannot participate
- Ages 8+ only; ages 8–12 require a parent or legal guardian on the dry deck
- Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present and a paid adult observer
- Requires good physical health, comfort in water, independent swimming or floating, and use of stairs, ladders, and slopes
- Swim vests fit waists up to 60 inches and participants up to 400 lbs
- Complete required medical and liability forms before arrival and bring a copy of photo ID
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, and dry clothes; shower before and after entering the tank
- Wear shorts or swim trunks; bathing suit tops require swim shorts
- Do not bring personal gear, wetsuits, jewelry, underwater cameras, or electronics into the tank
- Sales tax and booking fees are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Change your date at no charge at least 14 days before your visit. Changes within 14 days incur a $50 fee per booking.
