Important details
- Arrive and check in 15 minutes before your start time; late arrivals cannot participate
- Complete required waivers before arrival; a photo ID copy for the participant or parent or guardian is required
- Ages 7+ only
- For ages 7–12, bring a parent or legal guardian to remain on the dry deck
- If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present and a paid adult observer is required
- Requires good physical health, comfort in water, independent floating, and use of stairs, ladders, and slopes
- Swim vests are available for waists up to 60 inches and weights up to 400 lbs
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, and dry clothes
- Wear shorts or swim trunks; bathing suit tops require swim shorts, and wetsuits are not allowed
- Shower before and after entering the tank to remove lotions, oils, and sunscreen
- Leave personal water gear, jewelry, and underwater recording or electronic devices out of the tank
- Sales tax and booking fees are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Date changes are free at least 14 days before your visit; changes within 14 days incur a $50 fee per booking.
FAQs
The Stingray Encounter may be adjusted, canceled, or rescheduled for animal-care needs.
Underwater recording and electronic devices are not allowed during the experience. You may be able to use them in the gallery viewing area during tank time.
If you need dressing assistance, bring your own support person.
