Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel up to 72 hours before the excursion start time. No refunds after that time. A $25 rebooking fee applies. No-shows are charged the full excursion price. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be available.
