- Each Rydables cart supports up to 400 pounds total
- Riders must be at least 13 years old to ride independently
- Riders age 13 may be required to ride with an adult after a brief test ride
- Minors age 12 and under must ride with an adult
- One adult is allowed per cart unless riding with a child age 12 or younger
- Remain under the California legal alcohol limit; visibly intoxicated riders will be removed from the experience
- Wear layers for changing Napa temperatures
- Do not bring drinks, coffee, or food on Rydables
- Yield to cars and pedestrians along the route
Cancellation Policy
Tours are nonrefundable. Reschedule free at least 72 hours before departure. No-shows and arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot be rescheduled. In inclement weather, your tour time may shift by up to 3 hours. If canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll be rescheduled on the next available tour.

No. Do not drink alcohol beforehand. If anyone arrives suspected of being inebriated, they will be asked to skip the tour with no refund and no reschedule; alcohol use may be confirmed with a small breathalyzer.
Wear layers, since Napa weather can change quickly. Avoid items you need to carry; backpacks are allowed, but purses and anything hanging off your body is discouraged. Charge your phone if you want photos.
