Minors 12 and under must ride with an adult; ages 13+ may drive at the operator’s discretion. No drinks, coffee, or food are allowed on Rydables. Private groups are available for a 20% upgrade charge.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Reschedule free with at least 48 hours notice. No-shows cannot reschedule. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you cannot reschedule. In inclement weather, the operator may move your tour up to 3 hours earlier or later. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen issues, you will be rescheduled.

No. Do not drink alcohol beforehand. If anyone arrives suspected of being inebriated, they will be asked to skip the tour with no refund and no reschedule; alcohol use may be confirmed with a small breathalyzer.
Wear layers, since Napa weather can change quickly. Avoid items you need to carry; backpacks are allowed, but purses and anything hanging off your body is discouraged. Charge your phone if you want photos.
