Know before you go

- Height requirement: 4 ft or taller
- Weight limit: 70-270 lbs
- Children ages 4-7 require a chaperone
- Sign the participant agreement before the activity
- A parent or legal guardian signature is required for participants under 18
- Expect a credit card processing fee that is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the activity for a full refund. No-shows are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If the activity has started and is canceled for these reasons, receive a 50% refund.
