- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental to park, check in and prepare. Late arrivals cannot launch because of the strict Sarasota County park schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before launch for a full refund. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before launch receive free rescheduling, not a refund. If you can't immediately choose a new date and time, you'll receive a rain check as a gift card. No-shows are nonrefundable.

Yes. Extra maps, dry bags, dry boxes and different lifejacket sizes are available on request.
Wear water-resistant clothing and shoes, such as a bathing suit and water shoes or sandals. Bring extra drinking water, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. A towel and an underwater or action camera are optional.
