Within 48 hours, you'll receive a free reschedule, not a refund; if you can't choose a new date immediately, you'll receive a rain check as a gift card. Operator cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund. No-shows are not refunded.

FAQs
Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled launch to allow time to park, check in and use the restroom. Allow extra travel time for traffic; the tour follows a strict launch schedule and cannot launch late.
Wear water-resistant clothing and shoes, such as a swimsuit and water shoes or sandals. Bring drinking water, sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat for your paddle. A towel is optional.
