- Complete a waiver for everyone in your party before departure
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early
- Bring non-aerosol sunscreen, a swimsuit, towels, sunglasses, a hat, snacks, and any additional drinks; glass bottles are not allowed
- Food and drinks at Lime Out are not included; bring a debit or credit card for purchases there
- Captain gratuity is not included; a tip of 20% or more of the boat fee is recommended and can be given in cash or by Venmo directly to the captain
- For British Virgin Islands trips, a valid passport is required and customs fees apply; bring cash to pay the captain directly for entry clearance
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 3 days before the charter to avoid losing your $250 deposit. Cancel within 24 hours and the full charter balance is charged. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or another reason, choose a full refund or reschedule.
