Cancel 48+ hours before the tour for a full refund minus processing fees; 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Arrive 30 minutes early; late arrivals may lose the reservation without refund. Tours run rain or shine but may be rescheduled or refunded due to weather or unsafe conditions.
