Cancellation Policy
No refund for boat-trip cancellations less than 7 days before departure. For cancellations more than 7 days before, a full refund may be issued. You may reschedule for a future day at no cost. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or minimum reservations are not met and you cannot be rescheduled.
