Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before for a full refund minus applicable processing and administrative fees. Cancellations 29–7 days before forfeit the deposit; less than 7 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Receive a full refund of amounts paid if canceled for weather, safety, or operational conditions.

Arrive by the scheduled departure time. A 15-minute grace period applies when operationally feasible; arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your charter without a refund.
