- Boarding requires climbing a couple of steps; wheelchair users may need to transfer to a seat
- Only foldable scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers can be stored onboard
- Children ages 3-14 require at least one adult ticket; children under 2 ride free and may need to sit on a parent's lap when the trolley is full
- Keep children seated while the trolley is moving
- Bring only water to drink onboard; alcohol and smoking are not permitted
- A $250 cleaning fee applies if your party causes bodily-fluid cleanup or significant trolley damage
Cancellation Policy
Refundable tickets and private tours may be changed, rescheduled, or refunded up to 48 hours before start. No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours, for late arrivals, or no-shows. Non-refundable tickets cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded. If the 4-paid-guest minimum is not met 24 hours before the tour, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
