Full refund (minus deposit) up to 30 days before tour date; 50% refund (minus deposit) up to 14 days before. No refunds within 14 days. Reschedule up to 48 hours before. Day-of additions billed at 1.5x rate. $1,000 fee for arriving on incorrect date.
