Important details
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to park and load supplies
- Complete online waivers before the rental
- Ages 26+ only to book and operate the boat; passengers ages 2+ are welcome
- Requires boarding from the front of the boat via a step ladder, with wet feet; wear water shoes or remove shoes to board
- A $550 refundable credit-card hold applies before departure and is released after return and cleared inspection
- Children ages 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times
- Alcohol is permitted only for passengers ages 21+ who will not operate the boat; alcohol is prohibited at Farrington Point docks, parking lots, and beaches
- If the propeller is damaged, a $300 replacement fee applies unless propeller insurance was purchased

Alcohol must be secured in coolers or discreet plastic containers and packed away until your rental is underway and you are a good distance away from the Farrington Point public docks and beaches, where alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
No. Jordan Lake is patrolled by wildlife officers who may perform boat safety checks. Any boat operator found to be operating a boat while intoxicated (0.08% BAC or greater) may be arrested and charged with DUI, just as if operating a motor vehicle.
