What should we bring with us?
Bring your own towel, sunscreen, hat, water, food and beverages, snacks/sodas, your playlist, and trash bags.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
Alcoholic beverages are permitted for responsible passengers age 21+ who are not operating the boat. Alcohol must be secured in coolers or discreet plastic containers and packed away until your rental is underway and you are a good distance away from the Farrington Point public docks and beaches, where alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

How does weather affect my reservation?
Afternoon rain and thunderstorms are typical in NC and usually blow over quickly. If your booking is delayed or needs to be rescheduled due to weather, you will be contacted. If your reservation is cut short due to weather, your booking will be rescheduled for another day.

Are bookings refundable or can I reschedule?
All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available up to the day before your rental without penalty (this does not include weekends). No call/no shows are not eligible for reschedule.

What do the optional propeller insurance and optional boat insurance cover?
Propeller insurance covers dings or damage to the propeller from hitting a rock, stump, or other debris; the propeller is checked at the beginning and end of each rental, and any damage results in a propeller replacement fee unless propeller insurance was purchased. Optional boat insurance provides coverage for accidental damage to the boat not due to negligence or abuse; it does not cover things like cigarette burns to upholstery or crashing into another boat or dock.
