Important details
- Ages 25+ only to rent or drive. All drivers require a current, valid driver's license and must be authorized on the rental agreement
- A current automobile insurance policy is required throughout the rental, with liability, comprehensive and collision coverage extending to the cart, plus any other coverage required by law. Your insurance is primary
- Pets are not permitted
- Additional charges are not included in the listed price: towing costs $150 within 10 miles or $250 within 20 miles; lost or unreturned keys cost $50 per key
- Assistance trips for avoidable issues, including running out of battery charge, cost $50 during business hours, 8 AM–5 PM, or $100 after hours, separate from the listed price
- Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. The stated hourly late fee is $75 per hour for up to 4 hours
- Charges apply for excessive dirt or unpleasant odors, damage, missing equipment, vehicle loss and recovery. You are responsible for parking tickets, traffic violations and associated fees. These costs are not included in the listed price
- An abandoned cart carries an additional $2-per-mile charge between the rental location and the place it is left, not included in the listed price
- Stay within the rental area specified in your rental instructions and use only roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Do not drive on sidewalks, bike paths, over curbs or off-road, including beaches
- Keep everyone seated and safely belted before moving. Do not stand in the cart, even when parked. Distribute passenger weight properly and give faster traffic the right of way when safe
- Provide appropriate seating for children. Child seats are not supplied; use of your own child seat is at your own risk
- Do not drink alcohol or use a phone, earphones or earbuds while driving
- Maintain the battery charge during your rental and return the cart fully charged. Recovery charges apply if insufficient charge prevents its return
- Inspect the cart for damage before and after the rental. Repairs or replacement parts require prior authorization
- After an accident, provide a police report or ticket within 14 days; otherwise, you may be responsible for all damages. Proof of financial responsibility is required after an accident, and an insurer may require an examination under oath for a claim investigation
- You remain responsible for the cart until it has been inspected and accepted after return, including damage or theft following an after-hours return
- Have the cart available for pickup by the agreed return date and time. Pickup uses the same time window as delivery; delivery and pickup times are subject to availability and scheduling changes
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental for a refund minus $25; less than 72 but more than 24 hours before for a refund minus $50. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full. No refunds once your rental starts. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
