Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your tour.
Where does the tour start and end?
Pickup is available at your preferred location within Nashville or at 1305 Clinton St., Marathon Village.
Can I bring my own drinks or snacks?
Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are welcome in the van, and a fridge is onboard.
Will we have time to get out and take photos?
The tour is designed to give you plenty of time to step out and take photos.
What amenities are included in the van?
The van features leather seats, sunroof, heated and cooled seating, a fridge, and entertainment system.
What’s the Polaroid Package?
This optional add-on provides vintage-style instant Polaroid photos of your favorite murals.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated.
What happens if we run late?
The tour must end on time. Extra time may be available for an additional charge.
What if there’s bad weather?
The tour runs rain or shine. In extreme weather, rescheduling or refund options are available.
Are there any restrictions?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the van. Guests must follow all traffic laws and behave respectfully.
Can we take photos during the tour?
Your guide will recommend the best angles and mural spots for photos.
Maximum group size is 6. The tour must end at the scheduled time. No child seats are provided; guests with young children must bring their own. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the van. The guide may end the tour early without refund if guests are disruptive or intoxicated.
At least 24 hours cancellation notice needed for refund. Confirmation of cancellation must be received to be eligible for a refund.

The Ebike tour was so much fun for our family of five! Justin was fun, informative and engaging as we hit the highlights of Nashville. There were plenty of opportunities for memorable photos. We bought a souvenir at Gibson’s and a treat from the farmer’s market. Afterwards, we ate at local spot, one of the many recommendations we were given along the way. Highly recommended! It was a highlight of our trip!
