Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 1 month ahead for a full refund, less than 1 month but more than 1 week ahead for a 50% refund, or 1 week or less ahead for no refund. Operator cancellations for weather, safety or mechanical issues receive a full refund or rescheduling. Brief showers may be waited out. No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows or behavior-, drug- or alcohol-related cancellations.
