Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days ahead. 50% refund if you cancel 4–7 days ahead. No refund if you cancel less than 4 days ahead or no-show. If the operator cancels for mechanical issues, you get a refund. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather, you get a refund.
