Important details
- Ages 15+ only
- Certified divers only; present valid proof of diver certification at check-in
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time
- Complete the medical questionnaire and waiver before arrival; written physician clearance is required when indicated by the questionnaire
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching government-issued photo ID or passport for check-in
- Do not consume alcohol before diving
- Allow at least 18 hours between your final dive and a commercial flight
- Follow your dive guide and descend and ascend with the group; each dive ends when any group diver reaches 1,000 PSI (pounds per square inch) of air remaining
- Do not apply sunscreen under your wetsuit; a $200 sunscreen damage fee applies
- For Advanced Certified Diver Sunday wreck trips, a mandatory distance fee applies and is collected on arrival
- Expect dive sites to change based on weather, ocean conditions, safety, and visibility
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before check-in for bookings of up to 4. Private groups of 5+ require 21 days' notice. Requests within these windows are non-refundable. If unsafe weather cancels the dive, rescheduling is offered.
