Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class for check-in and safety instructions
- Complete the safety waiver before arriving
- Closed-toe shoes are required; Crocs, sandals, slippers, and water shoes are not allowed
- Long hair must be tied back
- Ages 5–13 require an accompanying adult during the experience
- Participants under 14 must wear gloves during the experience
- Requires following instructions and safely handling hot glass with instructor guidance
- Do not participate while impaired by alcohol or drugs
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with a full refund at least 48 hours before your class. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows and arrivals 15 or more minutes late are treated as cancellations without a refund. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

Yes. This express experience is designed for 1–2 people creating one piece, and a glass piece can be shared by multiple participants.
Pick up your finished piece by 3 PM the next day or the next open business day. Shipping is available for an additional charge.
Glass can occasionally break during cooling or finishing. If your piece breaks before pickup or shipment, the team will recreate a similar piece at no additional charge.
