- Stay with the group throughout the tour
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund; no refund within 48 hours. Reschedule up to 48 hours before your tour. Inclement weather allows rescheduling or a full refund. Operator cancellations for unsafe conditions receive a refund. Tours run in cold, light rain or clouds, but not high winds, thunder or lightning. Arriving over 10 minutes late forfeits the tour cost.

No. Bring shoes or sandals that can get wet, but remove them before entering the kayak to prevent scratches.
Wear a swimsuit or clothes you don't mind getting wet. Bring water, a towel, a change of clothes, a hat and polarized sunglasses. Apply non-oil-based sunscreen before entering the kayak and let it dry as much as possible. Expect some water to drip into the boat from your paddle.
