Important details
- Weight limits are 250 lbs per person and 400 lbs combined per kayak.
- Children under 12 must ride with an adult and wear a life jacket.
- All skill levels are welcome, but wind and water conditions can make some paddling intermediate in difficulty.
- With an odd-numbered party, you may paddle alone or be paired with someone from another group.
- Stay with the group throughout the tour.
- Tours do not run in high winds, thunder, or lightning.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. No refunds within 48 hours. Reschedule up to 48 hours before. In inclement weather, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Operator cancellations for unsafe conditions receive a refund. Tours run in cold, light rain or clouds. Arriving more than 10 minutes late forfeits the full cost.

Leave alcohol, tobacco products, audio speakers and oil-based liquids behind. Cans, metal bottles, glass, foam and paper containers are also prohibited.
Wear a swimsuit or clothes you don't mind getting wet. Bring water-friendly shoes or sandals, but remove them before entering the kayak to avoid scratching it. Apply sunscreen before boarding and let it dry as much as possible.
Bring water, a hat, polarized sunglasses and a towel. Paddles drip water into the kayak, so bring a change of clothes for afterward.
