Bring water shoes, a towel, a hat, and water. Wear shoes that can get wet; part of the paddle involves walking in the water. Small dry bags are provided for essentials.
Children under 14 require one adult per child. Children under 3 require two adults. Children 30 pounds or under must bring their own Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
Gratuity for your guide is not included. Cash tips are recommended.

Crosby was funny, easy going & knowledgeable about the area. I wish the springs had been clear, but you cannot control nature. The paddle was easy & incredibly peaceful. Really beautiful area. We did see a gator & an otter. Definitely worth the hour trip from Tampa.
