- If driving, arrive at the launch site 15 minutes before the tour and park on the roadside opposite the water without blocking the launch
- Expect no restrooms or buildings at the launch site

Full refund for cancellations more than 48 hours before start. If you cancel within 48 hours and rescheduling is not possible, receive a 50% refund. No refund for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to hazardous weather; tours may operate in rain.
